(OOC: I'll add that to the quick reference guides.)
Both shots strike Jericho in his left arm, doing moderate damage.
"WHAT IN THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU FUCKING PSYCHOPATH!!!" he yell, unleashing a full auto burst at Vincent.
5 of the 6 bullets strike Vincent, doing altogether a savage amount of damage (17 Damage)
(Jericho moderately Injured, Vincent Moderately Injured.)
There is no immediate cover anywhere nearby, for either of them.)

Vincent cringed from the pain of the bullets tearing into him, unimpressed at the performance of his new armor.
Seeing no cover, he steadied himself and fired two more rounds before reloading his gauss pistol. He had survived too much to die at the hands of a subhuman in the wastes. Especially one that had ever aided the brotherhood in exterminating his men. A worm did not try and kill his betters and live to tell the tale.
(steady single called shot at torso+steady single shot+reload=8ap)

Vincent's first shot hits home, tearing a chunk out of Jericho's arm, causing him to drop his rifle. The second shot misses completely though.
"YOU MOTHER FUCKER! I'LL EAT YOUR GODDAMN HEART!" He roars, charging Vincent, drawing his combat knife as he runs.
In the distance, they both vaguely hear something, but are too focused on their battle.
(Jericho Moderately Injured, Crippled Left Arm, Vincent Moderately injured)
(OOC: Yeah, forgot about DR, you only took like 12 Damage instead of 17.)

Vincent fired off another shot as Jericho charged and then prepared himself to engage in cqc if the wastelander was still standing.

The shot is stopped by Jericho's Armor, but still does a little damage.
Jericho ends his charge with a brutal slash across Vincent's chest, doing an unnatural amount of damage. His armor blocks a lot of it, but it still hurts badly.(15 damage)
Vincent punches out in vain, missing his target.
(Jericho Heavily Injured, Vincent Heavily Injured. Duel initiated)

Seeing the knife flying towards him, Vincent tries to remain calm and remember his training. He attempts to redirect the knife blade as it flies towards him and follow up with an uppercut. Knowing that a knife will have an advantage against bare hands he stays on the defensive, waiting for the moment to strike.
(parry 3ap+standard attack 3ap+block 2ap=8ap)

Jericho's first slash is deflected, and Vincent sends a fist into his chin in retaliation, doing a good amount of Damage,
Jericho, unphased, pivots and unleashes another wild slash, Breaking Vincent's Guard and doing a good amount of damage as well(7 Damage)

He uses his peripherals to get a glimpse of the man shouting at them.

Both men have the same Idea, attacking all out simultaneously.
Vincent sends his fist flying full on into Jericho's face, and Jericho stabs Vincent in the right thigh (8 Damage)
Both men then take a defensive position, seriously hurt.
(BOTH MEN CRITICALLY INJURED, WITH VINCENT HAVING A SMIDGE MORE HP)

"Last I checked, this altercation doesn't concern you stranger." Vincent growled, though begrudgingly raised his arms in surrender.
He studied the newcomers carefully trying to determine who they were and where they came from.

Vincent recognizes their clothing as the standard outfits of Mercs and the like from up north.
"Just shut up and come with us!" Yells the one with Red hair.
"Look out for this motherfucker, he's insane! He'll just shoot at you for no reason." Says Jericho as he drops his knife.
