Joel Richardson, Hero of The 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam and ruler of New Vegas has been a shut in for the past several years, but around 6 or so months ago, the Lucky 38 went dark.
It turns out that, at some point, The Courier left his tower, and is currently missing. He did, however, leave instructions concerning the running of his small empire, leaving it in the hands of his sons and daughter.
It is unknown why he left, but it has been noted that he most likely took several of his preferred weapons, as well as an old Duster of unknown origin, which his children say he received from an "Old Friend".
In the note he left his children, one message stands out: He claims that he shall return after he has delivered one final message.
