Somewhere in southern Georgia, there is a husk of a town scarred by a recent fight between a Knights of Prosperity battalion, led by Templar Victor Charlamaine, and a squad of Enclave Remnants, led by a man named Major Vincent Rommel.
The KoP suffered heavy loses, but managed to kill the Enclave to a man. The only one believed alive is Major Rommel himself.
The KoP have asked for any leads to his location, and are offering a substantial reward for information leading to his capture and execution. They are asking everyone of importance at each settlement they arrive at.
The Enclave has been nearly wiped off the face of the wasteland, but it is believed that at least one large holdout remains.
