It's usually a sub-board at the bottom of the website. In this case under the "Gulf Wasteland" section. Just title it "advertisements" so guests can post their ads as separate topics. It's a nice "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" system common in most rp forums.
Haha doesn't need to be as pretty as Carina's.

Darn and the Enclave has always beem such a friendly organization. A beacon of human decency and goodwill towards all. The near eradication might have humbled them a bit but beliefs ingrained though generations of propoganda parenting don't fall to the wayside and lay down arms at the first sign of inevitable crushing defeat. Haha I actually considered making an Enclave Super Mutant kinda like Frank Horrigan, but that would have been like playing Fenric Vynwere from The Vale all over again...just uglier and dumber.
