Thought of joining but im like a fallout noob. I have Fallout : New Vegas but barely played it. Have to read all the info threads and see if i can pull it off. Probably have to team up with someone if i do.

You should join, I have been having a great time. You should play through New Vegas anyway since it is an awesome game. If you decide to join you could prolly team up with my character as long as you don't insult his intelligence or say that he is wrong.

Can you explain the shotgun stats for me? I thought it said it only did 1d4 dmg. My smg does 1d4+change with multiple rounds every burst. What would be the advantage to it?

Ok.
A shotgun hits automatically and hits again for every DOS, IE each pellet.
Basically, with one round, you can do a shitload of damage, but it's sporadic.
Your automatic weapon is more reliable though, and fires faster, if that makes sense.
Plus, shotguns are only super effective at close range.
