Sammy surveyed the map and compared it to the places Sid had told her about, Tallahassee, Last Resort, Orlando and Palma costa. She also looked for any settlements on the map that she'd not heard of yet

The map is hand drawn, by NCR scouts most likely. And it details many locations:
12 miles South of Crossway is the settlement of Last Resort, which is drawn as some sort of palace.
200 miles west of Last Resort is 3 settlements close together, where Sid said Tallahassee was; Cape Mire, Violet Orchard, and a bit to the north is New Zion.
Far southeast of Crossway is Orlando.
Far East of Orlando is Palma Costa.
And far south of everything is a city called Miami, drawn as a giant tower amid ruins.
There are 3 red X's: one near Palma Costa, one in Miami, and one with a question mark south of Tallahassee.

"Sure" says Sid, doing just that.
The brochure details the locations of all the Vaults in the State of Florida, the closet of which are Vaults 60, 62, and 64.
